Greetings, first-time visit, first post... thanks.
I'm trying to restore the original look of my 1939 house, which still has the empty round housing which is basically a hole for critters the last 20 years. I was at the swap meet and found a 1937 Westinghouse CS that I picked-up and I'd like to mount it to the box so things look visually correct. It won't be functional, as there's a whole new panel on the side of the garage (that looks terrible, but not so visible).
The meter seems to be the right size... mates-up reasonably well, but the box has four screw holes on the flange for a ring adapter at 12/3/6/9 o'clock. The meter has a ring holding the glass cover, but no flange, so it just passes through the circular box face.
Does anyone have any idea where or how I can locate a ring so I can have this correct vintage meter on the side of the house once again?
Thank you in advance,
Frank in Glendale, CA
